Arvin Hendrickson, 74, of rural Jamestown, ND, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 15, 2020 at his home.

Arvin was born April 23, 1946, in Adrian, ND the son of Melvin and Irene (Wiese) Hendrickson.  He grew up on the family farm and graduated from high school in Billings, MT.  It was in high school that he met his wife Virginia “Ginne” Snyder. They were united Arvin in marriage on August 13, 1975.  They made their home on the family farm southwest of Eldridge, ND where he farmed and raised horses & cattle.  Along with raising five children with Ginne, Arven enjoyed showing horses, hunting and fishing. He loved to talk about current events and was the best at giving directions to any place you were headed; he always knew the best route to take.

He will be missed by many but mostly by his wife of 45 years, Ginne; daughter, Candy (Dave) Westlund; daughter, Kathy (Harvey) Seim; daughter, Leslie (Ross) McLinden; daughter, Christy Hendrickson; son, Adam (Jacque) Hendrickson; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Cryss (Skip) Stanaway; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Orval; and sister, Joyce.

A Private Memorial Service will be held at Eddy Funeral Home.  A Celebration of Life service will be held at a date yet to be determined in spring/summer 2021.
