Leland Wolsky – November 28, 2020

LeLand Dean Wolsky, age 78, Kensal, ND passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020 in Jamestown, ND. LeLand was born on April 23, 1942 to Edwin and Lillian (Schroeder) Wolsky. He was the youngest of 3 boys, and was raised in rural Kensal, ND. Lee was joined in marriage to Karen (Hoggarth) on December 12, 1962. After marriage he and his family moved to San Diego, CA. In 1973, he returned to the family farm and pursued careers in agriculture and civil construction. He enjoyed the outdoors, classic cars, wildlife, and good conversation. He spent his days in the shop with the company of his loyal dog, Bodie.

LeLand is survived by his wife, Karen, and two children: Laurie (Tim) Erickson, Bismarck, ND and Chad (Ashly) Wolsky, Jamestown, ND. LeLand was blessed with grandchildren and great grandchildren: Travis (Keri) Erickson, Bismarck, ND; Tyler (JaNaye) Erickson, Elk River, MN; Shelby (Kyle) Miller, Castle Rock, CO; Tenly and Ainsly Wolsky (Chad), Jamestown, ND. Great Grandchildren: Liza, Cohen, Estah, Veda, and Jake (Travis); Benjamin & Elsie (Tyler); Addison & Kennedy (Shelby). Brother Jerry (Doris) Wolsky, and several nieces and nephews. He is proceeded in death by parents and brother Ronald. Private family services will be held at a warmer, safer time.
