Jamestown  (CSi)  The Primary Elections will be on June 14, 2022, when  Stutsman County voters will cast ballots  for sheriff, state’s attorney along with three seats on the Stutsman County Commission for  four-year terms.

Signatures on all Stutsman County candidates’ petitions turned in by the June 11 deadline, have been certified.

The Stutsman County Commission seats of Steve Cichos, Ramone Gumke and Denny Ova will be on the ballot.  Cichos and Chad Wolsky are running for Stutsman County Commission. Gumke and Ova are not seeking reelection.

Running unopposed on the ballot are Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser and Stutsman County State’s Attorney Fritz Fremgen.

Geneva Kaiser is  unopposed for the Garrison Diversion Conservancy District Director.

The top vote-getters in  the June 14 primary election then move on to the November 8, 2022  general election ballot.
