Jamestown (Tourism) Volunteers are being sought to help clean-up the Frontier Village and prepare them for the upcoming tourism season.
The clean up day is set for May 6 from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Jamestown Tourism Visitor Experience Manager Alison Limke says volunteers are being sought. They can be individuals, along with service clubs o assist them before the Village’s opening day.
She says materials are ready and with the majority of the work cleaning, and includes dusting, glass cleaning. Also included will be sweeping, tree trimming, painting, and litter pick-up.
Volunteers are welcome to join the clean-up day for an hour or the whole day. Volunteers should wear closed toed shoes and work clothes.
