(Chamber) The, the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce is holding their Loyal to Local Passport program.

The program that encouraged more than $125,000 to be spent locally in Jamestown is now accepting businesses to sign-up for the 2022 return.

The Loyal to Local Passport campaign encourages residents to shop locally from participating businesses, stamping their “passport” to be eligible to win prizes, then taking booklets from participating businesses, seeking stamps for a purchase of $50 or more. When the booklet reaches $250 spent, it’s then turned in for a chance to win donated prizes.

Prizes that are winnable can be found at Zimmerman’s Furniture in Jamestown. Bivens says the program started on November 26, which is Small Business Saturday. It will run through January 6, where they’ll then draw from the passports to give out prizes.
