WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING TO
1 AM CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 1 AM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Significantly reduced visibility from heavy snow rates
  and hazardous road conditions will make travel difficult. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday and Friday
  commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...With ongoing flooding and water filled
  ditches, it is possible vehicles may slide off the road into
  very cold water. There remains a notable degree of uncertainty
  in snow amounts and associated impacts. Areas within the
  advisory may be upgraded to a warning with little to no lead
  time.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down, don`t use cruise control, and use caution while
traveling. Be prepared for sudden changes in travel conditions.
