JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The Customer Service Award for March went to LeAnn Fuchs of Business Support Services for her their outstanding customer service, presented by the Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown .

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Their nomination letter said:

“On a Friday afternoon I discovered a timely mistake in my QuickBooks program. I tried to fix it but to no avail, so I reached out to LeAnn and she popped over to my office within 20 minutes to help with the problem. It was an issue she had never seen before, and she aided me in getting the help desk phone number. We got the issue resolved. The next day, Saturday, LeAnn sent me an email with the process to avoid the same issue in the future. She is such an asset to our community, especially for small businesses that need help with their QuickBooks big questions. She was quick to respond, quick to look for all solutions, and followed up after the problem was resolved.”
