Mr. Wrigley has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.
Offense: GSI – Sexual Contact – victim < 15. When Wrigley was 19 years old he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old on numerous occasions.
Conviction Date: 04/10/2014 in Emmons County District Court.
Disposition:20 years; 5 years suspended; 175 days credit; 5 years supervised probation
Offense: Corruption/Solicitation of a Minor – when Wrigley was 19 years old he had sexual contact with a 15-year-old female on numerous occasions.

Offense: Sexual Assault – Wrigley had sexual contact with a 10-year-old female and made sexual advances towards her on several occasions.

Disposition: 6 months supervised probation
Offense: Indecent Exposure – Wrigley exposed himself at school & masturbated in front of a girl he had trapped in an elevator.
Conviction Date: 09/09/2010 in Cascade, MT District Court.

Offense: Sexual Assault – when Wrigley was 14 years old he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old female on a school bus. Wrigley pushed the victim down on the seat, grabbed her breasts, touched her private area, & “massaged er”. He also tried to make her touch his penis with her hand and tried to unzip her pants.
Conviction Date: 10/25/2009 in Cascade, MT Juvenile Court.
Disposition: MT DOC until 18yoa; probation until 21 yoa
Wrigley is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
