Jamestown – Beginning Monday, September 15, 2025, two major road closures will go into effect in Jamestown as part of the pedestrian bridge replacement project.

The closures will include:

  • 8th St N from 2nd Ave NW to 2nd Ave NE
  • 1st Ave N from 7th St NW to 8th St NW

The work is expected to take approximately three months or until the project is completed.

City officials are urging drivers to use caution in the area and to plan alternate routes whenever possible to avoid delays.
