Jamestown (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and staff presented the September Customer Service Award to Kellen Cross with Arby’s AES Jamestown, recognizing his exceptional dedication to customer service.
Kellen was nominated for his thoughtful and personal approach to customer care, consistently helping guests feel welcomed and appreciated at Arby’s in Jamestown.
His nomination read:
“Kellen is so friendly and kind. Instead of just yelling out your name to pick up your food, he brings it to your table with a bow. He is the hardest worker and makes his job enjoyable. He steps up and does tasks (like cleaning) without being asked. He is always saying thank you and showing gratitude to the customers.”
The Chamber honors individuals who go above and beyond to provide service that not only meets but exceeds expectations.
