BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – A white supremacist could get out of jail Friday after a bond hearing that was ordered by the North Dakota Supreme Court.

Justices on Tuesday ruled there’s no evidence to support holding 62-year-old Craig Cobb without bail.

He tried to turn the small southwestern North Dakota town of Leith into an Aryan enclave.

Cobb is being held in the Stanton jail on seven charges of terrorizing residents there.

Judge Cynthia Feland is scheduled to hear the case. Cobb will appear in court over video.

Cobb and 29-year-old acquaintance Kynan Dutton last appeared for a bond review on Monday in Stanton.

Dutton was released. But Judge Bruce Haskell didn’t set bond for Cobb because of a Canadian warrant and the charges involve threats against individuals.
