oilpipeline BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) – North Dakota regulators have approved a $7.9 million pipeline that will supply crude for a diesel refinery under construction near Dickinson.
 
     The  three-member Public Service Commission unanimously approved a 20-mile pipeline project proposed by Casper, Wyo.-based Belle Fourche Pipeline Co.
 
     The pipeline would pass through parts of Billings, Dunn and Stark counties. It would run parallel to an existing system where another pipeline already is in place.
 
     Bismarck-based MDU Resources Group Inc. and Indianapolis-based Calumet Specialty Products Partners are building the Dakota Prairie Refinery. Officials have said it could cost up to $300 million.
