The report says, a 2007 Kenworth, operated by 30 year old Shaun Ebach, of Minnewaukan, was southbound toward Jamestown, on Highway 52.
A 2000 International, driven by 50 year old, Calvin Ova, of Jamestown, was eastbound on Highway 52.
Ova’s vehicle stopped at the intersection and continued north, onto Highway 52.
In the process, Ova’s vehicle pulled out in front of Ebach’s semi.
Attempting to avoid a crash, Ebach’s vehicle veer west onto the bypass
The truck and trailer rolled onto its side, in the south ditch, losing its load of canola.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts, no injuries reported.
The Highway Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office.
The accident remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
Then, before noon on Monday, a semi from Washington State was hauling apples on I-94 eastbound when the semi left the roadway, near Exit 272.
Workers were on the scene after noon transferring the load to another trailer, early Monday afternoon.
No injuries were immediately noted.
Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News) — A one-vehicle accident Sunday night (October 7, 2012) cause a fire in the National Buffalo Museum pasture, about 9:50 p.m.
26 year old, Cheyenne Doble, of Little Falls, Minnesota, was traveling eastbound on U.S. Interstate 94 near exit 258 in an SUV.
Another vehicle entered the highway from the onramp.
As Doble moved toward the median to make room for the merging vehicle, the left wheel on her trailer dropped off the roadway into the median.
Her SUV and trailer crossed the median, into the westbound lane and into the north road ditch, striking a fence post and continued into the buffalo pasture.
During the accident, the trailer became disconnected..
When Doble attempted to drive out of the pasture heat from the vehicle exhaust started a grass fire.
Doble was not hurt; she was wearing a seat belt.
Damage to the vehicle and trailer were not listed.
Five Jamestown Fire Department units and 27 firefighters were on the scene for about 55 minutes extinguishing the blaze.
City Fire Chief Jim Reuther says the fire units entered the pasture from the westbound lane of I-94 and over the ditch into the pasture.
He says an area of pasture about 150X150 feet was burned.
While the bison were not in danger, fire fighters were careful of the buffalo, which Reuther said were off in the distance but did not approach them
The fire caused no injuries and there were no reports of damage from the fire.
Investigating at the scene were, the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office, the Jamestown Police Department and the Jamestown Fire Department responded to the accident.

aggravated assault and one count of endangering by fire or
explosion.
Assistant Cass County State’s Attorney Leah Viste says
prosecutors agreed to drop two counts of attempted murder as part
of the plea agreement.
The attorneys say that psychologists found that Greybear was
experiencing an “intoxication-related psychosis” during the Nov.
13 incident involving his cousin’s two children.
Both boys were seriously injured and hospitalized. They’ve since
been released.
Authorities say after the incident, Greybear started a second
fire on a door at an apartment building a block away.

joined a network of hospitals connected with the Mayo Clinic in
Rochester, Minn.
Officials say the move will enable St. Alexius doctors to
connect electronically with Mayo specialists, allowing more
patients to stay closer to home. It is not an acquisition or a
merger, but a collaboration.
Altru Health System in Grand Forks also is a member of the
network that now includes 10 hospitals around the country.
Bismarck’s other hospital, formerly known as Medcenter One,
merged with Dakotas-based Sanford Health this summer.

North Dakota’s county and township roads is being expanded to
include bridges.
The Upper Great Plains Transportation Institute at North Dakota
State University did the study at the Legislature’s request.
It estimated it will cost about $7 billion over 20 years to
maintain county and township roads statewide. The estimate has been
increased because of the heavy oil truck traffic on western North
Dakota’s roads.
Lawmakers have asked for similar estimates on what it will cost
to maintain local bridges. The institute is compiling that
information.

third time in the past four seasons they have lost at least 90
games.
Francona led Boston to two World Series titles and five straight
playoff appearances.
He was not brought back by the Red Sox following the team’s historic September collapse in 2011.
He previously worked in Cleveland’s front office, and Francona said the chance to work again with close friends was the most intriguing aspect of managing the Indians.

perfect game in the World Series.
On the anniversary of Larsen’s greatest day as a pitcher,
Steiner Sports Memorabilia announced it will auction off the
uniform that the 82-year old Larsen wore.
A Babe Ruth jersey went for $4.4 million last year, so Steiner
anticipates such a historic relic to draw at least seven figures.
