Sobriety NDHPFARGO  (CSi)  On Friday and Saturday, October 10, 11, 2014, the North Dakota Highway Patrol will conduct alcohol saturation patrols in Dickey, LaMoure and Sargent counties to deter impaired driving by using high visibility enforcement. In conjunction with the patrols, a sobriety checkpoint will be held on Friday in Dickey County.

This year, approximately 46 percent of fatal crashes have been alcohol-related.  The Highway Patrol is reminding the public to plan ahead and designate a sober driver.
