Guinn Hinman, historic sites manager for the north region of the State Historical Society says, it had asked for $500,000, adding the next work should include the electrical work and geting the bathrooms operational, and connecting the water supply, however, no cosmetic work will be performed.

Hinman adds that having former state Sen. Dave Nething testify on behalf of the project was a big boost.
