The affidavit says Schwartzenberger footed the bill months later after numerous attempts by the auditor’s office to seek repayment.

NEW YORK (AP) – Health officials say nearly half of U.S. moms gain too much weight during pregnancy. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released the study.
