Spiritwood railJamestown (CSi) The Spiritwood Energy Park Association (SEPA) Board of Directors anticipates SEPA will about break even in 2016. The projections are based on projected revenues of $1.17 million and projected expenses of $1.14 million and was discussed at the board meeting Thursday.

SEPA had a loss of $16,000 in 2015 based on revenues and expenses of about $1 million.

SEPA is a partnership of the Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp. and Great River Energy and operates a rail loop and an industrial park in Spiritwood Township.

JSDC,  CEO Connie Ova reviewed some potential tenants for the industrial park all of which are in the early stages of discussion.
