Jamestown (CSi) The Jamestown Public School Board, Monday approved the administrator master agreement for the 2016-17 and 2017-18 school year.

The 9-0 School Board vote follows approval on April 12 by a negotiations committee of School Board members and school district administrators. The two-year contract affects 14 Jamestown Public School District administrators who work 204 to 260 day school years as building principals, assistant principals, career and technology center directors, activities directors or technology directors.

The base salaries range from $92,705 for technology director to $117,752 for the high school principal in 2016-17. The same positions pay $95,718 and $121,579 in 2017-18.

Also….the School Board unanimously approved $808,750 to fund district summer projects. The two projects adding up to more than $500,000 of the funding include a dehumidification system for the Jamestown High School swimming pool and a capital projects plan.
