Jamestown (CSi) The 9th Annual Running Of The Pink was held Saturday June 4. The weather was ideal, and the turn-out was amazing. Casey Stoudt announced at the end of the run that runner registrations had reached $15,000, so he would be matching that amount, meaning atleast $30,000 to be donated to JRMC Foundation and the Women’s Way Chapter to be used for Breast and Cervical cancer screenings. 280 new photos by Matt Sheppard at Facebook. UPDATE: R.M. Stoudt donated $33,610 raised from its annual Running of the Pink event to Jamestown Regional Medical Center and Jamestown Women’s Way.

R.M. Stoudt Business Development Center Coordinator Tara Kapp says, the 5K run/walk and 10K run brought in $18,610. Casey Stoudt, agreed to match donations up to $15,000 in honor of R.M. Stoudt’s 75th anniversary.

As of Wednesday May 25th, $8,500 in registrations had been made, with 300 registrations so far. Casey has increased the R.M. Stoudt match from $10,000 to $15,000

Jamestown (CSi) The 9th Annual Running Of The Pink will be on Saturday June 4, starting at 9-a.m. Registrations starts at 7-a.m., and participants are encouraged to register before the run/walk.

The 5K Run/Walk, 10K Run starts from R.M. Stoudt in Jamestown.

On Tuesday’s Wayne Byers Show on CSi Cable 2, R.M.Stoudt’s, Tara Kapp said, in celebration of R.M. Stoudt’s 75th Anniversary in business, R.M. Stoudt will MATCH ALL DONATIONS of participants and sponsors, for this year’s event WITH A GOAL OF MATCHING (new figure $15,000)~~$10,000.~~

Last year’s run/walk raised $12,000, with 500 registrants. Of that, $2,500 was donated to Women’s Way and $10,000 was donated to JRMC Foundation,

Early Bird Registration was through May 14, 2016

Registration fees are now:

Adults: $25

Youth (12 & Under): $20

Seniors (60 & Over): $20

(Each participant must sign a waiver and release form, a parent must sign if the runner is under 18 years old).

There will be prizes for: Largest Family, and Largest Business Team.

She added the event is open to all ages and all fitness levels.
