UJlettersSmallJamestown (CSi-UJ) University of Jamestown, will be presenting degrees to graduating seniors during the school’s 110th Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 7th at the Jamestown Civic Center at 2:30 p.m. Baccalaureate will be held at 10:30 a.m. at the Civic Center.

Dr. Irene Paasch will be speaking at the baccalaureate service. Dr. Paasch has a master’s degree from Columbia University, and a doctorate from University of Kansas. She is retiring this year as the Chair of the Department of Communication.

Scott Bintz, founder of RealTruck.com, will be delivering the Commencement address. Mr. Bintz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Minot State, and is passionate about the guiding principles created and put to use at

RealTruck. From the basement of a duplex to a multi-million dollar e-commerce company on a mission to make people’s lives & vehicles better.

One hundred fifty-six students will be receiving their bachelor’s degree along with three students receiving their master’s degree. In addition, thirty-five students will make up the first graduating class from the University of Jamestown Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
