Sobriety NDHPJamestown (CSi) The North Dakota Highway Patrol will hold alcohol saturation patrols to the southeast region this weekend.

Troopers will conduct patrols this Friday and Saturday, May 27, 28, 2016, in Cass, Barnes, and Stutsman counties.

In 2016, nearly half of all North Dakota traffic fatalities were alcohol related.

The Highway Patrol uses the saturation patrols to deter drinking and driving, reducing the occurrence of alcohol-related crashes, injuries, and deaths.
