Authorities seeking man, outstanding warrants

Valley City (CSi)  The Barnes County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Shelton Amar Ard who is wanted on outstanding warrants for failure to report to jail on felony possession of a controlled substance charge in Barnes County.

He is a 38 year-old black male  six feet five inches tall  weighing 260 pounds.

Anyone that has information on the whereabouts of Ard is asked to call the Barnes County Sheriff’s office at 845-8530.
