OAKES, N.D. (AP) – An Oakes man accused of drugging, raping and choking a woman has been sentenced to five years in prison.
 
      22-year-old Allec Anderson pleaded guilty Tuesday to felonious restraint, terrorizing and aggravated assault for the December incident.
 
     Southeast District Judge Daniel Narum ordered Anderson to pay $5,000 in restitution and serve seven years of probation when he is released from prison.
 
     Anderson’s attorney, Cash Aaland, did not immediately respond to an email request for comment.
