Valley City (CSi) Friday evening the water use restriction in Valley City was lifted.
Valley City Administrator David Schelkoph says the broken pipeline repair was completed.
Residents can now use water on a normal basis.

Valley City (CSi) Valley City residents are asked Friday to reduce waste water being put down the drain.
Valley City Administrator Administrator David Schelkoph reports, there was a pipeline break at the master lift station near the construction site of the new Valley City Wellness Center.
Friday afternoon, raw sewage was leaking into the Sheyenne River there.
Schelkoph says the State Health Department has issued a temporary exemption of putting waste water in the river during this time.
Schelkoph says the pipeline repair may in place by midnight Friday. Until the repair is made he asks Valley City residents residents to limit water usage, by not doing such things as… washing clothes, running dishwashers and taking showers… and to limit toilet flushing until midnight Friday.
