Jamestown, ND (KCSi-T.V. News Jan 19, 2013) — The Dairy Queen on Business Loop West  reopened its DRIVE-THRU on Sat Jan 19.     Patrons can order from the full menu, at the DRIVE-THRU only until the interior remodeling is completed.

     

Photos by Matt Sheppard.  Manager, Mark Wolf said work was started Jan 7 by the contractor, Hillerud Construction of Jamestown.

The refurbishing in the lobby area, includes new flooring, windows, a new ceiling,  booths,  and repainting the area.   Wolf says the main restaurant area is closed during the remodeling, however, cake orders are still being taken at 252-4181.

The Jamestown DQ began serving customers the entire menu via the drive-thru line on Saturday January 19, 2013.

Specialty orders will be taken again staring at that time, such as Dilly Bars.  The Jamestown Dairy Queen is tentatively scheduled for early February.

In addition when the remodeling is completed,  the Jamestown Dairy Queen will be the new Jamestown location of Orange Julius.
