Sadek’s attorney arrested in Fla.

Fargo  (CSi)  The lawyer representing a North Dakota couple in the death of their son who worked as an undercover informant in Wahpeton is facing drug charges. 

KFGO Radio reports that Lance Block was arrested after buying cocaine from an undercover officer in Florida.  Block has become an outspoken critic of undercover drug stings. 

Andrew Sadek, a student at the state college of science, was found dead in the Red River in Breckenridge in June 2014.  His parents believe he was murdered.  They filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Richland County and a deputy who heads a drug task force that Sadek agreed to work with.  A Fargo attorney has been working with Block on the Sadek case.
