Bismarck (CSi)  Rainfall amounts recorded from the late Tuesday early Wednesday morning thunderstorms, August 9, 10, 2016.

Oakes reported 3 to 4 inches of rainfall early Wednesday morning.

Valley City had 1 to 2 inches, Jamestown weather station  2.71 inches. Carrington .75, Ellendale 2.25, Litchville 1.40, Forbes 2.80, Pillsbury .75, Lisbon 2.15, Coopertown .70, Dazey 1.06, Fingal 1.26 inches, Finley .63, Fargo .66 and Grand Forks reported .41 inches of rainfall on Wednesday.

Wind gusts estimated at 70 to 80 miles per hour were reported at  the North Dakota-South Dakota border.
