VC offers reward, flood wall vandalism

Valley City  (CSi)   Valley City Police report that graffiti has marred the permanent flood wall with spray paint near 4^th Street and 4^th Avenue Southwest.

The vandalism occurred early Saturday Morning.

The city of Valley City is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) or people responsible.

The obscenities were removed  a few hours after it was reported to police.
