housingJamestown  (CSi)  Stemming from the release of the 2016 Statwide Housing Needs Assessment, the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency has planned regional stakeholder forums in the state.

A presentation will be at the Jamestown/Stutsman County Development Corporation offices, at the Center for Economic Development on September 22, 2016 at 10-a.m., for South Central Region VI. Assessments will include statewide population, housing forecast, regional profiles and detailed tables broke down by various levels of geography.

The forums will allow members and community leaders of the public to learn more about projected housing needs in their area. According to a release, an analysis of the state’s current and future housing needs was conducted by the Center for Social Research and the Department of Agribusiness and Applied Economics at North Dakota State University.
