City curbside recycling & budget meeting CSi 67

Jamestown  (CSi)  The Jamestown City Council will hold  a budget meeting on Tuesday September 27, at 3pm live on CSi 67, followed by replays

At the meeting, the Jamestown Tourism renewal agreement, and Jamestown Tourism Public Site Lease will be discussed.

Discussion will held on curbside recycling in Jamestown.

Renaissance Recycling in Jamestown, and Dakota Sanitation of Bismarck, have submitted proposals, and at Tuesday’s meeting, discussion includes bids received by each recycler, before deciding on selecting a recycler and revisiting the 2017 city Sanitation Budget.

A final review of the 2017 Budget will be held.

Also on Tuesday the City Council will hear from Central Valley Health District, concerning  proposed signage in the community to promote walking.
