V.J. Smith to speak in VC, Sept 27

Valley City  (CSi)  V.J. Smith  a professional speaker and published author from  Brookings, South Dakota, will be speaking  on Tuesday, September 27, 2016,  at 7-p.m. in the Hi Liner Activity Center.

Smith is the author of the best-selling book, “The Richest Man Town.”  The book details Smith’s relationship with a little old man who ran a cash register at a local Wal-Mart.

He adds, that ‘Marty’ is a memorable man.  He was loved and respected, but most of all, he was content with every aspect of his life, no regrets. Smith adds, that Marty’s simple philosophies show what happens when you take the time to be kind and compassionate. All that you give, you get back, and more.
