
(CSi) The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports, a 60 year old Kansas man was injured following a crash about 6:40 p.m., Thursday on I-94 near Crystal Springs.
The driver, Thomas Beer of Almena, Kansas was eastbound in a semi loaded, hauling onions when the vehicle entered a curved portion of the roadway.
He steered left and overcorrected, causing the truck and trailer to enter the median, coming to rest facing westbound on its side.
A portion of the load fell from the trailer.
Beer was injured and was wearing his seatbelt.
The crash remains under investigation.
