Jamestown  (CSi)  The District 12 and 29 GOP officials report a change in time for the October 28, 2016 appearance, of the Republican Endorsed candidate for North Dakota Governor.

Delores Rath says Doug  Burgum will be at the luncheon starting at 11:30-a.m., rather than the previously announced noon.
