Jmst Rural Fire Dept called to hay bale fire Tues. p.m.

Jamestown  (CSi) The Jamestown Rural Fire Department responded to a hay bale fire Tuesday about 5:40 p.m. north of Jamestown on Highway 281, near Pelican Point.

Rural Fire Chief Ben Maulding says  over 150 round  hay bales were on fire.

Crews were to monitor the scene overnight.

The cause of the fire is undetermined
