Carol Rasico, 71, of Jamestown, ND, passed away Tuesday morning, October 18, 2016 at the North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown. Carol Ruth Fredrickson was born June 18, 1945 in Great Falls, MO, the daughter of Sever and Mary (Stallcop) Fredrickson.
