Holiday Dazzle Parade 7-p.m., Fri. Downtown Jmst

Jamestown  (CSi)  The 2016 Holiday Dazzle on Main Parade in Jamestown will be held the Friday November 25, starting at 7-p.m., at McElroy Park and heading north on First Avenue, in Downtown Jamestown.  Video below.

The parade starts at 7-p.m., after forming at McElroy Park and moving north along First Avenue.

Charlie Kourajian and his wife, Marge, are to be  honored as the parade’s grand marshals for the first time this year.

There will be cash prizes for:

• Best Dazzle, Most Original Theme
• Most Outstanding Amateur Built
• Most Outstanding Non-Profit Float

The After the Parade party at the Knights of Columbus Hall will feature music by the Choralaires, with refreshments including hot chocolate, hot cider, and cookies….and Santa.
