Janiece “Jan” Williams, 68, of Valley City, ND died at Mercy Hospital in Valley City on January 16, 2017.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Sheyenne Valley Friends of Animals.
