Full Parade Video airs on CSi TV 10 – The Replay Channel Friday-Sat-Sunday. Valley City,  (CSi)  Valley City celebrated  the 2017 Rally in the Valley on Saturday.  The Valley City High School Reunion marching band honored their former band leader Robert Bowen during the 2017 Rally. Many former Hi-Liner band members  from 70′s -90′s and were under director of Robert Bowen gathered to march down Central Avenue. Recorded by CSi TV 10 – The Replay Channel. Edited by Roy Sheppard – Hi-Liner band alum 1964-1968.
