Jamestown (VRVLS) This summer at the James River Valley Library System our theme is “Build a Better World!” As part of this theme, we will be hosting a special Storytime event on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 10:00 am at Alfred Dickey Library. The event will be “Read, Seed, Feed to Build a Better World!” with special guest Sarah Wilson & The Wee Wilsons!
At this special Storytime event children will hear stories and sing songs about gardening, soil, and farming, see and touch real vegetables, and take home their very own container garden, AND SO MUCH MORE!
No registration required. Container gardens are one per family, first come, first served, while supplies last.
For more information about this program, please call the Children’s Department at Alfred Dickey Library at 701-252-2990.
This program is sponsored by the Stutsman County Soil Conservation District, and the Stutsman County Farm Bureau.
