Jamestown (CSi)  The Fire Dept responded to a single family dwelling at 933 3 Ave NW shortly before 10am where the owner stated the house contained an odor of malathion insecticide that was being sprayed outdoors, with the chemical odor drifting into the house.

Lt. Sheldon Mohr said the city fire department ventilated the home and was on the scene about a half hour.  No injuries to the two occupants who did not need medical attention.

Two city fire units, the equipment truck and pumper and six fire personnel were on scene and 19 fire fighters were on stand by at the fire hall.
