Marjorie Harshman, 85, Jamestown, ND passed away Friday, November 10, 2017 at Ave Maria Village, Jamestown, ND.

Marjorie was born October 10, 1932 in Rennville, MN, daughter of Henry and Margaret (Smith) Blokzyl. She moved at a young age to the Marion, Litchville, ND area. Marjorie went to school in the area. She married Clifton Harshman in Valley City, ND where they lived before moving to Jamestown. Marjorie cleaned houses and did ironing for people. She later worked for Jamestown Public Schools as a bus driver for 35 years. She enjoyed all of the children that rode on the bus.

Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Karen Richter, Jamestown, ND; sister Donna Isaacs, Hot Springs, AR; sisters-in-law Kathy Blokzyl, Clancy, MT, Louise Harshman, Binford, ND and many nieces and nephews; special friends Rod and Yolanda Didier, Kenneth and James Watson. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Clifton, two brothers Donald and Marvin Blokzyl, Sr., sisters-in-law Frances Harshman and Verna Johnson, brothers-in-laws Arnold, Raymond, Melvin Harshman, Donald Harshman and Gerald Isaacs and son-in-law Jerry Richter.

Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at Victory Lutheran Brethren Church, Jamestown, ND with Pastor Shawn Bowman, officiating.

Visitation: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at Williams Funeral Home, Jamestown.

Interment: Sanborn Cemetery, Sanborn.
