Jamestown (CSi)  Jamestown Police warns the public about  two high risk sex offenders living in Jamestown.

21 year old Taylor Nare Tabcum, resides  at 606 4th St. SE.

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

He presently does not have a vehicle.

Tabcum is a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 260 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Tabcum was convicted of sexual contact – no consent in 2013 in Douglas County District Court in Colorado and in 2009 for sexual assault on a child/indecent exposure in Adams County District Court in Colorado.

Tabcum is on probation with North Dakota Probation and Parole.

 

38 year old James Michael Brown II, resides  at 414 4th St. NE, No. 2.

Brown has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

His vehicle is  a silver 2005 Ford Taurus, North Dakota license 916ANV.

Brown is a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 210 pounds with blue eyes and red hair.

Brown was convicted of sexual assault, gross sexual imposition and simple assault in 2000 in Grand Forks County. Authorities said he had sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl in 1999, and two years later with a 15-year-old and a 13-year-old.

Tabcum and Brown are not wanted by law enforcement and have served the sentences imposed by the courts.
