Valley City  (CSi)  The  community is invited to participate in Breakfast with Santa, and the Valley City Hi-Lites, on Sunday December 17, 2017 at the Valley City VFW, from 8-a.m. to 1-p.m.

Adults $8, Kids 12 and under $4.
