(CSi)  Jamestown Police is warning Jamestown Resident of a convicted sex offender living in Jamestown.

Patrick Lee Leno lives at 2308 Circle Drive, ND State Hospital, Jamestown, ND

He presently has no vehicle.

Leno is a 36 year old white male 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 165 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.

He has been assigned a high risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee of the North Dakota Attorney General’s Office.

 

He was convicted of child abuse involving a six year old and a three year old girl.

Conviction date, March 2008 in Burleigh County, North Dakota District Court.

Disposition, 5 years three and a half years suspended.

 

He was convicted of gross sexual imposition involving a three year old girl.

He was convicted in March 2008 in Burleigh, North Dakota District Court.

Disposition, 20 years, 12 years suspended, 5 years supervised probation.

 

He was convicted of indecent exposure, involving a 4 year old girl.

Conviction date, February 12, 2002 in Cass County District Court.

Dispostion, 1 year with 335 days suspended for 2 days.

Leno is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.

He is currently on GPS monitoring.

This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.

Any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders, their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
