Ellendale  (CSi) Travelers in rural Dickey County could encounter water over the roads.

Dickey County Emergency Manager, Charlie Russell, says, road crews have placed warning flags and closed some roads.

He asks those who encounter unmarked road damage to contact the Dickey County Highway Department at 349-3326.
