Jamestown  (CSi)  Otter Tail Power says electricity was fully restored to a section of Northeast Jamestown at about 5:10-p.m., Sunday, after being off about an hour.

The power to 1,400 customers was off between 4:14-p.m., and 5:10-p.m., as the power was restored in sections, while crews worked on repairing underground equipment that failed.
