GALCHUTT, N.D. (AP) — A 22-year-old Mooreton man is dead after a two-vehicle crash on a Richland County road. The Highway Patrol says  49 year old, Stephen Hutcherson, of Walcott, was driving south in a 2012 Dodge Ram on Richland County Road 1,  and 22 year old Isaac Englestad was driving a 1996 Ford Mustang north on Richland Cnty Rd 1.
Hutcherson was attempting to turn east on Richland County Road 8 when his vehicle turned into the northbound lane and struck the Ford Mustang. The Mustang came to rest in the east ditch facing east and the Dodge Ram came to rest in the northbound lane facing east. Englestad was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. Hutcherson was not thrown from his vehicle during the crash, he received medical care on scene and was released. This crash remains under investigation by the NDHP
