(CSi)  Officials report, that 8th Avenue Southwest in Valley City is open to through traffic for cars and light trucks.

Now open is  8th Avenue Southwest between Viking Drive and Winter Show Road to one lane of traffic, using temporary traffic signals, between Viking Drive and 3rd Avenue Southwest.

No parking will be permitted on 8th Avenue Southwest during construction. All heavy truck traffic  follows the established truck route detour in Valley City.
