(CSi) Jamestown Police reports a 25 year old man was arrested Saturday morning following a brief chase, that started shortly after midninght Saturday.
Sgt. Shane Gallagher, reports, an officer attempted to stop Levi Guthmiller’s car when it was in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue Southwest.
WDAY T.V. reports, as the pursuit started, police pursued Guthermiller’s vehicle as the car sped a few mile outside of Jamestown, to 79th Avenue, Southeast, where he surrendered.
Gallagher reports no injuries or property damage.
Guthmiller was arrested for fleeing a police officer, reckless driving and reckless endangerment. He was held at Stutsman County Correctional Center.
Outside city limits, the Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office and North Dakota Highway Patrol assisted .
