Friday night’s (Oct 5) debate between Democratic Sen. Heidi Heitkamp and Republican Rep. Kevin Cramer has been postponed.
AARP North Dakota, sponsor of the Prairie Public debate, said in a tweet Thursday morning, that it was working to reschedule.
The postponement is due to the Senate’s pending votes on Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination with a procedural vote.

- NDBroadcasters Association: Oct 26 Fargo.

Fargo The U.S. Senate debate between Democratic U.S. Senator Heidi Heitkamp and her Challenger, Republican Congressman Kevin Cramer will be on Friday October 5th at 7-p.m., on Prairie Public Television, CSi Cable 13.
“PBS NewsHour” anchor and managing editor Judy Woodruff will be in Prairie Public’s downtown Fargo studio to moderate the debate.
Woodruff will co-moderate the debate with Prairie Public’s election coverage producer Matt Olien.

The North Dakota Newspaper Association hosts an October 18th debate to be held in Bismarck.
Then, the North Dakota Broadcasters Association will have an October 26 debate to be held in Fargo.
